Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Snowplow Sam

All fees and payments made to the Lakeland Figure Skating Club are non-refundable and non- transferable. No refunds, credits, or make-up sessions will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to absence, injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, withdrawal, dismissal from the program, or weather-related cancellations. The Club reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule programs, sessions, or events as necessary. All participants acknowledge and accept that weather conditions and facility-related issues may occasionally result in cancellations beyond the Club’s control. By registering for any Club program or activity, participants agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Learn to Skate
